About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Industrial Coatings Specialist to join our team at Quality Assured Manufacturing Inc. As an Industrial Coatings Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality finishes on our products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clean and Maintain Equipment: Ensure all equipment is in good working condition and properly maintained to prevent downtime.
  • Paint and Finish Products: Apply paint and finishes to products using a variety of techniques, including brushing, rolling, and spraying.
  • Prepare Surfaces: Clean and prepare surfaces for painting and finishing, including sanding, blasting, and masking.
  • Select and Apply Coatings: Select the appropriate paint or coating for each product and apply it according to specifications.
  • Operate Equipment: Safely operate equipment, including sandblasters, paint sprayers, and other machinery.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required for this role.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field is preferred.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in the workplace.
  • Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week.
