We are seeking a skilled Carpenter to join our team at Harman Elite Construction Ltd.
Job Summary:The Carpenter will be responsible for measuring, cutting, shaping, assembling, and joining materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials. The successful candidate will also be responsible for fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware, as well as maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in various locations.
Key Responsibilities:- Measure, cut, shape, assemble, and join materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel, and other materials.
- Fitting and installing windows, doors, stairs, mouldings, and hardware.
- Maintaining, repairing, and renovating residences and wooden structures in mills, mines, hospitals, industrial plants, and other establishments.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in the trade.
- Ability to work at heights, in confined spaces, and in noisy and dusty environments.
- Ability to travel regularly.
- Physically demanding work requiring bending, crouching, kneeling, and handling heavy loads.
The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a large workload. The position requires a combination of sitting, standing, and walking, as well as the ability to work in a team environment.
