Key Responsibilities

Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 5+ years of professional experience in software development, focusing on Ruby on Rails.
  • Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Ruby programming language and Rails framework, experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern JavaScript frameworks (e.g., React), solid understanding of relational databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and ORMs (e.g., ActiveRecord), experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile development methodologies.
  • Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills, ability to troubleshoot and debug complex issues, strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
