Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Compliance Officer to join our team at BRP. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with SOX regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the SOX Compliance Team: Direct and manage the team responsible for ensuring the company's compliance with SOX regulations.
  • Coordinate SOX Audits: Work closely with the IT department to coordinate SOX audits and ensure that all necessary documentation is in place.
  • Support ITGC Activities: Collaborate with the IT department to support ITGC activities and ensure that all necessary controls are in place.
  • Conduct SOX Exams: Conduct SOX exams to ensure that all necessary controls are in place and that the company is in compliance with SOX regulations.
Requirements
  • Strong Knowledge of SOX Regulations: A strong understanding of SOX regulations and compliance requirements.
  • Leadership Skills: Excellent leadership and management skills to lead the SOX compliance team.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with the IT department and other stakeholders.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical skills to identify and mitigate risks.
