Nail Salon Team Lead

We are seeking a skilled and organized Nail Salon Supervisor to join our team at SKYLIN NAILS AND BEAUTY.
Key Responsibilities:- Schedule Work: Plan and coordinate the daily schedule of our nail technicians to ensure efficient use of time and resources.
- Maintenance and Repair: Arrange for regular maintenance and repair work to be carried out on our equipment and facilities.
- Problem-Solving: Resolve any work-related problems that may arise, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
- Staff Supervision: Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of our nail technicians, and possibly review their performance.
- Training and Development: Train our staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies.
- Performing Duties: Perform the same duties as our nail technicians, ensuring that you are familiar with our operations and can provide guidance and support when needed.
- Interpersonal Skills: Possess efficient interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with our staff, clients, and other stakeholders.
- Organizational Skills: Be highly organized to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Team Player: Demonstrate a strong team player attitude to work collaboratively with our staff and contribute to a positive and productive work environment.
- Work Term: This is a permanent position, offering stability and opportunities for growth and development.
- Work Language: English is the primary language used in our salon, and proficiency in this language is essential for this role.
- Hours: The successful candidate will work 32 hours per week, providing a healthy work-life balance.
