We are seeking a highly skilled Systems Specialist to join our team at the Academy of Healthcare Services.
Job SummaryThe Systems Specialist will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing information systems business solutions that meet the needs of our clients. This role requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently under pressure.
Key Responsibilities- Confer with clients to identify technical requirements and document them to ensure that products, processes, and solutions meet business requirements.
- Prepare cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to support system implementation.
- Design, develop, and implement information systems business solutions.
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, and service delivery.
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software, and hardware.
- Develop policies, procedures, and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures throughout the software development life cycle.
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products, and information systems.
- Resolve conflict situations.
- Usability testing.
- Execute and document results of software application tests and information and telecommunication systems tests.
- Microsoft certified solutions associate (MCSA) certification.
- Experience and specialization in computer and technology knowledge, cloud, networking hardware, networking security, internet, file management software, database software, and software development.
- Area of work experience in information technology (IT) service delivery, quality assurance or control.
- Ability to work independently, work under pressure, tight deadlines, attention to detail, accurate, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, initiative, organized, team player, flexibility, and innovation.
The Systems Specialist will work on-site at the Academy of Healthcare Services, with no option to work remotely.
Education and ExperienceBachelor's degree and 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a related field.
