Rejoindre l'usine Barry Callebaut est une opportunité unique de rejoindre l'une des plus grandes entreprises de fabrication de chocolat au monde. L'usine de Saint-Hyacinthe est un site de production de référence, équipé de vingt lignes de production et produisant près de tonnes de chocolat annuellement.

Votre rôle sera de s'assurer que les équipements fonctionnent à leur plein potentiel le plus longtemps possible. Vous aurez notamment à identifier les opportunités d'amélioration dans l'usine et à mener les projets à terme. La personne titulaire du poste sera partie intégrante de l'équipe de maintenance comprenant une cinquantaine d'employés. Elle travaillera également en étroite collaboration avec l'équipe projet de Saint-Hyacinthe.

Compétences requises:

  • Identifier les tendances de bris d'équipements et déterminer les mesures préventives à exécuter;
  • Analyser les problèmes récurrents et mettre en place des plans d'action pour les résoudre;
  • Analyser les tâches des maintenances préventives et mettre en place des solutions pour les rendre plus efficaces;
  • Développer des programmes d'amélioration;
  • Supporter le programme de maintenance prédictive;
  • Assister les superviseurs techniques lors de design technique;
  • Développer des outils pour uniformiser les connaissances du personnel de maintenance;
  • Supporter le personnel de maintenance dans la résolution de problèmes;
  • Évaluer les coûts de maintenance et développer un plan pour les réduire;
  • Supporter une structure documentaire technique;
  • Tenir le plan maître de l'usine à jour;
  • Toute autre tâche connexes.

Exigences du poste:

  • Baccalauréat en génie mécanique, électrique ou alimentaire;
  • 1 an d'expérience dans un contexte manufacturier;
  • Expérience en industrie alimentaire, un atout;
  • Bilinguisme essentiel (français/anglais);
  • Personne orientée vers les résultats et axée sur le travail d'équipe;
  • Habilité à planifier et organiser;
  • Autonomie, sens de l'initiative;
  • Habileté à travailler sous pression;
  • Excellente capacité à communiquer et à assurer le suivi des différents dossiers;
  • Bonne connaissance des logiciels MS Office;
  • Connaissance de MAXIMO et POKA un atout.
