Job Title: Medical Orderly

We are seeking a skilled Medical Orderly to join our team at Domaine du Cap. As a Medical Orderly, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality patient care and support in our public or community health centre.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Perform various tasks related to patient care and comfort, including taking vital signs, serving meal trays, and maintaining patient rooms.
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming patients.
  • Transport patients in wheelchairs or stretchers and answer call signals to determine patients' needs.
  • Administer first aid in emergency situations and serve food and beverages to patients.
  • Maintain inventory of supplies and perform other duties related to patient care and comfort.
Requirements:
  • Acute care nursing Certificate
  • Moving Patients Safety Principles (MPSP) training
  • Continuing Care Assistant Certification
  • First Aid Certificate
  • CPR Certificate
  • Nursing Aide Certificate
  • Health Care Aide Certificate
Work Environment:
