Job Title: Senior Solutions Architect

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Solutions Architect to join our Global Technology Organization (GTO) at Mattel. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving system solutioning and design to support the modernization of business processes across geographies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead technical discovery, business analysis, and solutioning with key business and GTO partners to gather a detailed understanding of requested changes.
  • Develop and strategize solutions that support business needs and drive implementation with vendors and internal IT partners.
  • Work closely with the Senior Manager, business leadership, and personnel in technology modernization initiatives across all phases of the IT project lifecycle.
  • Lead requirements and design discussion with IT and business resources and communicate impact to business processes and users.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information systems, or a related field.
  • 12+ years of functional and technical solution knowledge in Blue Yonder Enterprise Supply Planning (ESP) system and/or Anaplan modeling and/or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Experience in managing small to medium-size projects and leading team efforts.
  • Ability to work remote, but should be open to travel as needed (Up to 25%).
