Your expertise will be essential in diagnosing and repairing various issues, from plumbing and electrical problems to painting and drywall work.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair basic to intermediate plumbing, heating, and electrical problems
  • Perform repairs on windows, blinds, doors, switches, plugs, appliances, equipment, fixtures, and carpet, vinyl, and ceramic tile replacement
  • Maintain building exterior, including basic grounds maintenance as required
  • Detect faulty operations, defective materials, and report deficiencies
