Position Overview

Educational Requirements
  • Completion of Secondary (high) school graduation certificate is mandatory.
Work Environment

The role is set within a vibrant hotel, motel, or resort atmosphere, where teamwork and attention to detail are paramount.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff.
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to uphold safety and cleanliness standards.
  • Identify and recommend additional services needed, such as painting, repairs, or renovations.
  • Assist cleaning personnel in executing their tasks effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations.
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the cleaning team.
Supervisory Duties

This position involves supervising a team of approximately 3-4 individuals.

Experience Requirements

Applicants should possess 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory role within the cleaning or hospitality industry.
