Job Description

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Cloud Architect to join our team at Intello Technologies Inc. as a key member of our Engineering & Development team. As a Cloud Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and implementing scalable cloud solutions to meet business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement scalable cloud solutions using GCP cloud technologies such as BigQuery, DataProc, DataFlow, GKE in a corporate environment
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of cloud applications while optimizing cloud infrastructure for performance, security, and cost-efficiency
  • Stay abreast of emerging cloud technologies and provide recommendations for enhancements to existing systems to drive innovation and efficiency
  • Work with developers and DevOps engineers to implement solutions and ensure smooth deployments
  • Monitor and optimize deployed solutions for performance, security, and cost efficiency
  • Migrate on-premise workloads to a public cloud environment

Requirements

  • Post-secondary education in computing technologies and proven experience in designing and implementing scalable and secure cloud solutions
  • Proficiency in programming/scripting languages like Python, Java, and Shell scripting and working with DevOps pipelines for continuous integration and continuous delivery
  • Experience with defining and implementing data management strategies, including data standards, governance, and data security measures
  • Experience implementing both streaming/near-real-time and batch solutions using Cloud Platforms
  • Proven ability to collaborate/mentor with developers and DevOps engineers to implement solutions and ensure smooth deployments
  • Experience with the monitoring and optimization of deployed solutions for performance, security, and cost efficiency
  • Experience with the migration of on-premise workloads to a public cloud environment

What We Offer

  • Competitive salary range: $103,000-$155,000
  • Performance bonus or sales incentive plan: 15%
