Key Responsibilities
  • Purchasing and Inventory Management: Prepare and maintain purchasing files, reports, and records; prepare purchase orders; process purchases; and reconcile physical inventories with computer counts.
  • Stock Control: Verify stock availability from current inventories; conduct quality control; and dispose of and account for outdated stock.
  • Requisition and Replenishment: Prepare requisition orders to replenish stock; monitor inventory levels of issued materials and stocks; and place stock on shelves.
  • Experience and Education: Experience in inventory management is an asset; secondary (high) school graduation certificate is required.
