Job Title: Community and Social Services Worker

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Community and Social Services Worker to join our team at Winder Inclusive Communities Service. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in providing support and services to individuals and communities in need.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering a range of community and social services, including:

  • Providing support and advocacy for individuals with disabilities and mental health needs
  • Developing and implementing community programs and services
  • Building relationships with community partners and stakeholders
  • Providing administrative and office support
Responsibilities:

The Community and Social Services Worker will be responsible for:

  • Preparing reports and case histories
  • Conducting social research and assessments
  • Developing and implementing service plans
  • Providing support and advocacy for clients
  • Collaborating with community partners and stakeholders
Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong understanding of community and social services
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
