Job Overview

Arcadis is seeking a highly skilled Environmental Professional to join our team in Vancouver, BC. As an Environmental Professional, you will be responsible for conducting fieldwork, including groundwater sampling and installation of groundwater monitoring wells, soil characterization and sampling, soil vapor/indoor air sampling and remediation monitoring.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct Stage 2 Preliminary Site Investigations, Detailed Site Investigations, Confirmation of Remediation
  • Perform site inspections, Phase 1 Site Assessments, and compliance audit support
  • Oversight of subcontractors, including drillers, utility locators, etc.
  • Manage data, write reports, work plans, letters, and memoranda
  • Prepare cost estimates and conduct project-related research
  • Prepare periodic status/program reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Biology, Chemistry, Environmental Science, Engineering, Geology, or related field
  • 3 years or more of related environmental work experience
  • Valid driver's license and access to a vehicle for field work
