About the Role
As a Platform Engineer Associate at Export Development Canada, you will play a key role in supporting the organization's digital transformation initiatives. You will be responsible for ensuring a seamless user experience across all aspects of the ServiceNow platform, working closely with the IT team to resolve technical issues and improve processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily operational tasks
- Provide technical support to clients and stakeholders
- Monitor and resolve tickets in a timely manner
- Identify and implement process improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
- At least 1 year of experience with ServiceNow or similar enterprise platform
- ServiceNow certification
Preferred Qualifications
- Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Advanced knowledge of ServiceNow ITSM
- Experience with AppEngine, data management in ServiceNow, and scripting languages
- Fluency in both official languages (English and French)
