About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Hearing Instrument Specialist or Audiologist to join our team at Amplifon, a global leader in hearing care. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional client care and empowering individuals to rediscover the emotions of sound.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive hearing tests and interpret results to recommend suitable hearing aid solutions
  • Counsel clients on the latest hearing aid technology and help them identify a solution that meets their needs and lifestyle
  • Build strong relationships with clients through personalized care and support
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and technology to provide ongoing hearing health education
  • Foster hearing healthcare awareness through community outreach and partnerships
  • Contribute clinical expertise to corporate initiatives and projects, and supervise or mentor students and new staff members as needed
  • Collaborate with colleagues to create a welcoming and efficient clinic culture that meets company standards

Requirements
  • Graduate of a recognized Hearing Instrument Practitioner or Audiology program
  • Registered and in good standing with applicable regulatory college or provincial governing body
  • Written and verbal fluency in French and English
  • Current knowledge of hearing aid technology and devices
  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and colleagues
  • Strong technical aptitude and computer proficiency
