About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Learning Developer to join our team at Electronic Arts Inc. As a key member of our Data & Analytics function, you will play a critical role in developing and improving our Studio's data technical capabilities to bring data insights to our partners' fingertips.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Machine Learning, MLOps practices, and ML model production. You will be responsible for enforcing best practices in MLOps, optimizing production-ready ML models, designing and maintaining production ML systems, and working closely with team members for efficient deployment and scalability of ML models.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement Machine Learning models and systems to drive business outcomes.
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate ML models into our game experiences.
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest technology and platforms in the field, including AWS SageMaker, GCP Vertex AI, Airflow, and Docker.
  4. Guide the MLE team in the adoption of new technologies and platforms.
  5. Work under the supervision of the Technical Director and contribute to achieving team goals.
Requirements
  1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or related field.
  2. Comprehensive knowledge in Machine Learning, MLOps practices, and ML model production.
  3. Excellent communication and coordination skills to work in a cross-functional team.
  4. Profound knowledge in both Machine Learning and MLOps.
  5. Experience in designing and maintaining ML systems, developing production-ready ML models.
  6. Knowledge of the latest technology and platforms in the field.
