About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Relief Pharmacist to join our team. As a Relief Pharmacist, you will work in various locations across the province, providing exceptional patient care and ensuring seamless pharmacy experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide patient-centered care and exceed patients' expectations
  • Work in various locations across the province, as scheduled
  • Actively engage in all areas of Fusion to ensure patients experience seamless care and a consistent pharmacy experience
  • Ensure prescription safety and prioritize technical functions to Pharmacy Registered Technicians and Assistants as required
  • Maintain current knowledge of pharmacy practice, regulatory requirements, and industry trends/developments

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy from a recognized institution
  • Must be a Licensed Pharmacist, in good standing, in the province of responsibility
  • Kroll software experience is preferred
