Job SummaryWe are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dental Hygienist to join our team. As a Dental Hygienist, you will be responsible for providing preventive dental care services to patients, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and topical fluoride treatments. You will also serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients on proper oral hygiene practices.
Responsibilities- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate services for patient care
- Perform all aspects of clinical preventative hygiene services, including scaling, root planning, polishing, and topical fluoride treatments
- Serve as an oral health educator, introducing new preventative techniques and counseling patients on proper oral hygiene practices
- Establish and retain patient loyalty by delivering a tailored experience based on the patient's expectations, while consistently maintaining ethical and professional behavior
- Successful completion of a Dental Hygiene Diploma or Hygiene Degree program
- Registered as a Dental Hygienist and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
- Valid CPR certification
