**Job Summary**

Brandt is seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to join our team as a Territory Sales Manager. This role will be responsible for the demonstration and sale of John Deere Compact Construction Equipment, including skid steers, compact track loaders, and mini excavators, as well as Ditch Witch, Worksight light compaction equipment, and other associated manufacturer's lines.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow market share
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, including prospecting for new accounts and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assist with customer relations, including resolving customer complaints and issues
  • Assist with account receivable collections and ensure timely payment from customers
  • Submit regular sales reports and provide updates on sales performance
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge

**Requirements**

  • Minimum 2 years of sales experience in the heavy equipment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Knowledge of the equipment and construction industry is considered an asset
  • Ability to travel internationally and possess a valid passport
  • Recent driver's abstract will be required
