Senior Technical Product Manager

N-able is in search of a Senior Technical Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in shaping a successful product strategy and roadmap. Key Responsibilities

Oversee the strategy, growth, and success of N-able products. Manage all facets of the product management lifecycle, from conception to release and eventual phase-out. Comprehend customer and market demands to establish product vision and roadmap. Foster customer relationships to gather insights on existing products, emerging market challenges, and requirements for new products. Collaborate with architecture and development teams to expedite the integration of partner products into our offerings. Monitor and influence product revenue, retention, and support objectives. Analyze competitor, market, and technology trends to develop new offerings with compelling value propositions for our clients. Qualifications

Ideally, 4+ years of experience in product management for SaaS solutions, coupled with strong business insight. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies. Solid technical background with proven skills and experience in the Application Management sector. Demonstrated self-motivation and discipline to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities; ability to think strategically and operationally. Excellent presentation, communication, coordination, analytical, and creative problem-solving skills. Ability to engage with customers and partners with professionalism and a deep understanding of MSP IT management. Benefits
