Position Overview:
We are in search of an IS&T Field Support Analyst to enhance our End User Support team. This position involves delivering operational assistance across our corporate, field, and SCADA/ICS environments. Reporting to the Lead of End User Support, you will engage in diverse IT operations, including the management of end-user devices, meeting room technologies, Microsoft services, servers, networks, IT security, and field communications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and sustain effective working relationships to grasp business requirements and IT priorities.
- Install, configure, troubleshoot, and maintain desktop hardware, software, and essential technologies.
- Investigate and resolve intricate technology challenges both on-site and remotely.
- Support Microsoft services, including SharePoint, Teams, and InTune.
- Collaborate with Infrastructure and Control Center Operations to assist with the SCADA/ICS environment.
- Provide IT training to end-users and ensure optimal use of IT resources.
- Document business workflows and technical processes.
- Comply with IT standards, policies, and procedures.
- Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation for critical service support.
- Travel to various field sites as required.
Qualifications:
- Degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in IT systems and support.
- Proficiency with Windows OS, Microsoft services, and networking principles.
- Familiarity with field operations, PLC, SCADA/ICS, and communication technologies.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in a team setting.
- Capability to prioritize tasks and perform under pressure.
- Self-driven, enthusiastic about learning, and motivated to excel.
- Possession of a valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
