Job Title: CDS Senior Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Shift Supervisor to join our team at Advantage Solutions Inc. as a CDS Senior Shift Supervisor. As a Senior Shift Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading a team of Sales Advisors and ensuring the successful execution of in-warehouse events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of Sales Advisors to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Oversee the preparation and demonstration of products to Costco club members.
  • Assist the Event Manager with day-to-day operations, including scheduling, reporting, and training.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate the organization and execution of non-food events, road shows, and special events.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in a client-side, branded, consumer-packaged goods company or a combination of supplier-side and client-side experience.
  • Minimum of 1 year of supervisory experience.
  • Strong prioritizing skills, decision-making skills, and excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work flexible hours and schedule, including weekends.
