Key Responsibilities

  • Work collaboratively with a team to maintain a fast-paced production environment, ensuring efficient product preparation and quality control.
  • Assemble and check products throughout the production process to ensure they meet customer quality standards.
  • Operate and monitor high-speed production lines, aligning products on moving conveyors and removing waste products as needed.
  • Bring quality and safety concerns to supervisory staff's attention and adhere to Good Manufacturing Procedures (GMPs) and Health and Safety rules.
  • Ensure a clean and safe work environment, adhering to personal hygiene and sanitation standards.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Basic math skills and a good understanding of English oral and written communication.
  • Completed Grade 12 education or equivalent.
  • Ability to work all three shifts as assigned, with open flexibility.

Physical Requirements

  • Physically capable of performing repetitive line function duties, including reaching, bending, lifting, and spreading.
  • Physically capable of standing for long periods and lifting 20 lbs.

Work Environment

  • Work in a production environment with moderate to loud noise levels and occasional exposure to wet and/or humid conditions, fumes, or airborne particles.
