**Qualifications and Skills:**
* Covid-19 vaccination is mandatory
* Experience working in an environment in the healthcare or hospitality industry and working knowledge of activation programs and mobility restrictions is considered an asset
* Empathy for and understanding of the needs of older adults and/or disabled, including persons living with dementia
* Ability to plan, organize, and support the delivery of diverse services and special events
* Successful completion of a CPR/First Aid certification (IF APPLICABLE)
* Successful completion of Safe Food Handler's certification (IF APPLICABLE)
* Successful completion of ProServe certification (IF APPLICABLE, FOR MANAGEMENT ROLES)
* A positive attitude
