We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing Coordinator to join our team at Aaron One Realty Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing projects, developing marketing strategies, and coordinating special events and promotions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Plan and execute marketing projects to achieve business objectives
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive sales
  • Coordinate special events and promotions to engage with customers and stakeholders
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform marketing decisions
  • Manage and maintain digital databases and marketing materials
  • Write and edit press releases, newsletters, and other marketing communications
  • Supervise and support office and volunteer staff
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in marketing or a related field
  • College/CEGEP education
  • Excellent communication and project management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and software
Working Conditions:
  • 35 hours per week
  • Permanent work term
  • English language
