The Role:

Bourgault Industries is actively seeking production team members for our Front End, Paint, and Assembly divisions to manufacture products that adhere to our stringent quality standards. We welcome entry-level candidates, as no prior experience is necessary and comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Adhering to detailed procedures within the assigned department
  • Operating front-end machinery, including CNC and manual equipment
  • Blasting, coating, hanging, and packaging components
  • Assembling products received from both internal and external suppliers

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Mechanical aptitude with the ability to utilize power tools and interpret blueprints is advantageous
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
  • Willingness to work on a rotating two-week shift schedule
  • Capable of performing physical tasks
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks
  • Desire to learn and grow within the role
