Capital Chevrolet Buick GMC Inc is seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team. As a Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for interacting with customers to guide them through their vehicle purchase. This will be done through phone calls, internet leads, or customers who walk into our store. Your goal will be to do business with each and every customer more than once, providing exceptional service and demonstrating thorough product and inventory knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Utilize a consultative selling process to match the best vehicle to the customer's needs
  • Create a great vehicle delivery experience for the customer
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction
  • Prospect through referrals and other creative approaches
  • Set and achieve targeted sales goals
  • Gain superior product knowledge to effectively help customers
  • Transition customers to the Service Department to support their ownership experience
  • Provide an exceptional customer experience to drive loyalty

Requirements:

  • Prior sales experience
  • Proven ability to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Ability to set and achieve targeted goals
  • Organization and follow-up skills
  • Experience and desire to work with technology
  • Valid driver's license and have and maintain an acceptable, safe driving record
