Lead Data Scientist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Data Scientist to join our team at Launch Potato. As a key member of our data science team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the growth of our data science capabilities and contributing to the development of cutting-edge machine learning solutions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and implement state-of-the-art machine learning solutions across our products
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and prioritize machine learning initiatives
  • Provide data science support at various project stages, including implementation of ML solutions
  • Develop and maintain large language models for content personalization
  • Manage a team of data scientists and machine learning researchers, including career development
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience in data science and machine learning
  • Strong background in machine learning and statistics
  • Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data science tools
  • Experience with data visualization and team management
  • Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders
