Kognitive Sales Solutions, in partnership with Canadian Tire, is seeking highly motivated sales-oriented individuals to join our team. As a Financial Sales Representative, you will be responsible for educating and offering financial products to customers in-store, leveraging the trust and iconic status of the Canadian Tire brand.
With a competitive base wage and a great commission structure, you have the ability to write your own paycheck and increase your take-home pay each week. Our flexible work environment and schedule allow you to balance your personal and professional life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Educate customers on the features and benefits of our partner Canadian Tire Triangle Mastercard within the store and kiosk
- Drive sales, advocacy, and brand awareness for our client's product
- Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customers have a great experience
- Find creative approaches to engage customers and share the benefits of the product
- Build and maintain positive working relationships with store personnel
- Maintain confidentiality when working with customer information

Requirements:
- Outgoing, personable, and enjoys interacting with people
- Customer service or sales experience an asset
- Comfortable delivering key messages
- Strong listening and communication skills
- Ability to work well independently and within a team
- Reliable access to a vehicle or valid driver's license is considered an asset
