Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring that all aspects of food preparation, service, and customer satisfaction meet our high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of our food preparation and service staff, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Quality Control: Ensure that all food and service meet our quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for our customers.
  • Customer Service: Address customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, preparing and submitting reports as required.

Requirements:
