Position Overview

As the Manager of Civil Infrastructure, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and execution of municipal and regional infrastructure projects. Your leadership will guide a talented team in delivering high-quality engineering solutions.

Key Qualifications:

What you will bring:

  • Undergraduate degree in Civil Engineering
  • Registered as a Professional Engineer with EGBC
  • Over 10 years of experience in engineering, design, and construction, with at least 5 years in a consulting role
  • Proven project management experience in civil infrastructure
  • Consulting experience in British Columbia is advantageous
  • Business development experience in both public and private sectors
  • Strong client, contractor, and consultant liaison skills
  • Experience in mentoring and developing staff
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities
  • A collaborative team player who can also work independently
  • Willingness to travel across Canada
  • Valid driver's license
