Position Overview
The Senior Product Manager for the National Lottery is tasked with overseeing all facets of product management within this category, aimed at fostering growth and optimizing revenue streams.

Role Responsibilities

  • Accountable for the formulation of innovative and intricate product strategies, including performance analysis and lifecycle management for the assigned portfolio.
  • Manage a diverse product portfolio, engaging in strategic planning, revenue forecasting, and the introduction of new offerings or enhancements.
  • Utilize advanced analytical techniques to identify opportunities for product innovation and enhancements, while conducting thorough market research to inform strategic decisions.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to create comprehensive marketing strategies that align with product objectives.
  • Establish and maintain robust relationships with various internal departments and external partners to ensure successful product development and implementation.
  • Participate in national committees with other lottery jurisdictions to oversee the lifecycle and development of national lottery products.

Qualifications
Education and Experience
  • A degree or diploma in marketing or business.
  • 4-6 years of relevant experience in marketing or product management.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and experience may be considered.
Technical Skills
  • In-depth knowledge of product management principles and practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficient in designing products that align with business objectives and managing associated risks.
  • Demonstrated leadership and teamwork capabilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite.
  • Familiarity with lottery gaming and entertainment trends.
