About the Role
- Manage and direct telephone inquiries, welcoming and guiding visitors;
- Provide routine information and respond to questions from residents, visitors, and staff;
- Conduct active screening of employees and visitors (Covid-19);
- Sort and distribute incoming and outgoing mail and packages;
- Prepare and disseminate forms, reports, and other documents to relevant personnel and departments;
- Handle a variety of tasks, some of which may be confidential;
- Process and record client payments;
- Ensure client safety by adhering to all standard operational procedures and safe work practices.
About You
In addition to valuing continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability, you possess:
- Completion of High School/GED.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service, particularly with seniors, is advantageous.
- A friendly and approachable demeanor is highly valued.
- Familiarity with the local area is beneficial.
- Experience managing cash flow.
- Knowledge of medical terminology is considered an asset.
- Availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This position is ideal for retirees.
- A genuine passion for the healthcare sector and a commitment to ensuring seniors receive quality accommodations, services, and care.
