Rajinder Boora/ Sukhvir Singh D/o Lidhar Farm is seeking a skilled Fruit Harvesting Labourer to join our team. As a key member of our farm, you will be responsible for harvesting a variety of fruits and vegetables, ensuring high-quality produce for our customers.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cut and harvest agricultural crops, including fruits and vegetables, to meet production targets.
  • Grade and sort produce according to size, shape, color, and volume to maximize market value.
  • Hand harvest vegetables and fruits, ensuring minimal damage and optimal quality.
  • Pack and prepare produce for market, adhering to strict quality control standards.
  • Plant, cultivate, and irrigate crops, maintaining a healthy and productive farm environment.
Work Environment:

As a Fruit Harvesting Labourer, you will work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment. You will be required to stand for extended periods, bend, crouch, and kneel to perform tasks. A strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work independently are essential for this role.

Requirements:
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Fast-paced environment and physically demanding work.
  • Hand-eye coordination and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
  • Standing for extended periods and bending, crouching, kneeling.
