Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct routine maintenance to guarantee the reliability and safety of the fleet
  • Identify and resolve mechanical issues promptly
  • Oversee the management of the bus fleet, including parts inventory and procurement
  • Direct the activities of mechanics and assess their performance
  • Coordinate staff schedules and delegate tasks effectively
  • Investigate significant incidents and implement cost-efficient repair strategies
  • Engage in the acquisition of tools and oversee warranty management
  • Ensure effective planning on a monthly, weekly, and yearly basis
  • Carry out any other relevant duties as required

Position Type: Full-time

Work Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • Daytime hours

Compensation: Salary commensurate with experience

Qualifications:

  • DEP in heavy vehicle mechanics
  • PEP card (required)
  • At least 5 years of experience in heavy vehicle mechanics
  • Valid Canadian work permit (required)

  • Strong analytical abilities and spatial awareness
  • Proactive attitude, sense of accountability, and keen observation skills
  • Leadership qualities, professionalism, resourcefulness, and a valid driver's license
