About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Collision Repair Technician to join our team at North's Collision Centre - CSN. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring that our customers' vehicles are repaired to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and ensure that our customers are satisfied with the repair process.
  • Clean and maintain a safe and organized workspace to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  • Mask and tape auto body surfaces in preparation for painting, and apply primers and repaint surfaces as needed.
  • Mix paint, blend, and match colors to achieve a perfect finish.
  • Work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; post-secondary education in a related field an asset.
  • Previous experience in the automotive body repair industry an asset.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and take direction from supervisors.
  • Physical ability to lift, bend, and stand for long periods.
