Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Truck Mechanic to join our team at 2362399 ALBERTA INC. as a key member of our maintenance crew. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the optimal performance and safety of our fleet of commercial transport trucks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Vehicle Inspection and Repair: Conduct thorough inspections of commercial transport trucks to identify and repair or replace faulty parts and components.
  • Diagnostic and Troubleshooting: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify and troubleshoot mechanical issues with truck systems, including automotive and truck-trailer systems.
  • Repair and Maintenance: Perform repairs and maintenance on commercial transport trucks, including adjusting, repairing, or replacing parts and components as needed.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to our clients, including estimating parts and labor costs, advising on work performed, and completing reports to record problems and work performed.
  • Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure the smooth operation of our maintenance crew.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.
  • Certifications: Truck and Transport Mechanic Trade Certification.
  • Personal Suitability: Accurate, flexibility, judgement, reliability, and strong work ethic.
