Salary Range: $60,300 to $92,616 annually
Role Responsibilities:
- Instructional Planning: Design and implement effective learning strategies, ensuring resources and facilities are adequately prepared.
- Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the instructional team to develop, implement, and evaluate the curriculum, providing guidance in various educational settings.
- Student Learning Facilitation: Deliver and assess instruction tailored to diverse student needs, utilizing appropriate technology and media.
- Assessment of Student Progress: Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student achievement and instructional effectiveness, maintaining comprehensive records.
- Classroom Management: Establish a respectful learning environment, maintain attendance records, and encourage student participation.
- Lab and Practicum Oversight: Ensure safe and effective learning environments in labs and during field placements.
- Student Advising: Provide academic support and career guidance, documenting student concerns and follow-ups.
- Continuous Improvement: Engage in program evaluations and contribute to the enhancement of course delivery.
- Professional Development: Stay current with industry standards and participate in ongoing professional growth opportunities.
- Recruitment Assistance: Engage with prospective students through orientations and information sessions.
- Collaborative Participation: Work effectively with colleagues on instructional teams and contribute to college-wide initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Must hold a valid license as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
- Preference for candidates with a degree in a health-related field.
- Minimum one year of recent experience in a clinical environment.
- Eligible for registration with the relevant nursing associations.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- Willingness to travel as required.
