Salary Range: $60,300 to $92,616 annually

Role Responsibilities:

  • Instructional Planning: Design and implement effective learning strategies, ensuring resources and facilities are adequately prepared.
  • Curriculum Development: Collaborate with the instructional team to develop, implement, and evaluate the curriculum, providing guidance in various educational settings.
  • Student Learning Facilitation: Deliver and assess instruction tailored to diverse student needs, utilizing appropriate technology and media.
  • Assessment of Student Progress: Conduct ongoing assessments to monitor student achievement and instructional effectiveness, maintaining comprehensive records.
  • Classroom Management: Establish a respectful learning environment, maintain attendance records, and encourage student participation.
  • Lab and Practicum Oversight: Ensure safe and effective learning environments in labs and during field placements.
  • Student Advising: Provide academic support and career guidance, documenting student concerns and follow-ups.
  • Continuous Improvement: Engage in program evaluations and contribute to the enhancement of course delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Must hold a valid license as a Practical Nurse or Registered Nurse.
  • Preference for candidates with a degree in a health-related field.
  • Minimum one year of recent experience in a clinical environment.
  • Eligible for registration with the relevant nursing associations.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
