Position Summary:
The Construction Site Manager will be tasked with supervising daily operations on-site, ensuring that all tasks are executed safely, punctually, and to the highest standards. This role requires close collaboration with project leaders, subcontractors, and various stakeholders to guarantee seamless project execution from inception to completion.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Site Oversight: Direct and manage all on-site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project specifications, timelines, and quality benchmarks.
  2. Safety Oversight: Ensure adherence to health and safety regulations, promoting a secure work environment for all personnel on-site.
  3. Subcontractor Management: Oversee and coordinate the efforts of subcontractors, ensuring tasks are performed efficiently and to the necessary standards.
  4. Project Tracking: Monitor project progress, identify potential challenges early, and implement corrective actions to maintain the project schedule.
  5. Quality Assurance: Conduct regular site evaluations to ensure the work aligns with industry standards and project specifications.
  6. Effective Communication: Maintain clear and efficient communication with all project stakeholders, including project leaders, subcontractors, and suppliers.
  7. Progress Reporting: Provide regular updates to the project management team, highlighting any obstacles and suggested solutions.

Qualifications:

  1. A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Site Manager, preferably in commercial or institutional construction.
  2. Thorough understanding of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
  3. Strong leadership and management skills, with a proven history of successfully leading teams.
  4. Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  5. Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Proficiency in interpreting construction drawings and specifications.
  7. Familiarity with project management software and tools is advantageous.
