Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Hair Stylist to join our team at Blo Blow Dry Bar. As a Hair Stylist, you will be responsible for providing top-notch blow dry services to our clients, while maintaining a clean and organized workspace.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional blow dry services to clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to Blo's high standards of cleanliness and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve sales goals and provide excellent customer service.
  • Participate in ongoing training and education to stay up-to-date on the latest trends and techniques in the industry.
  • Work weekends and be flexible with scheduling to meet the needs of the business.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a Hair Stylist in a salon or blow dry bar environment.
  • Strong knowledge of blow dry techniques and products.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales goals.
  • Flexibility to work weekends and be available for peak hours.
