What is the opportunity?
The Royal Bank of Canada is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate to join its well-established advisory team. As a key member of the team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional client service, managing client accounts, and supporting the Investment Advisors in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide professional and efficient service to clients, advisors, and internal partners through various communication channels
- Support the Investment Advisors in administrative duties, including client account management and data entry
- Assist in preparing client reviews and presentations, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Request and verify client information and documentation to maintain accurate client files
- Coordinate meetings and events for the Investment Advisors, including printing and distributing reports
- Monitor and ensure timely completion of pending transfers and transactions
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the financial services industry
- Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and Conduct and Practices Handbook Course (CPH), or willingness to complete upon hire
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365 apps (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
- Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management skills
- Demonstrated skills in providing world-class client service that is professional, warm, and friendly
