About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Aircraft Mechanic to join our team at Learjet Inc. in Tucson. As an Aircraft Mechanic, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and efficient operation of our aircraft.

Key Responsibilities
  • Troubleshoot, repair, inspect, and perform maintenance on customer aircraft.
  • Work directly with clients to help them find solutions.
  • Interpret and work with mechanical engineering drawings.
  • Effectively communicate in English, both written and verbal, on individual and/or aircraft status.
  • Obtain appropriate Ground Support Equipment Qualifications as required.
  • Work unscheduled overtime, including nonscheduled work days and holidays.
  • Work in seasonal/inclement weather outside.
Requirements
  • Airframe license.
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience working in an MRO (Maintenance Repair Operation) environment, either on fixed wing, rotary, or Military aircraft.
  • Business aircraft experience (preferred).
  • Basic PC skills.
  • Ability to obtain a Security Identification Display Area badge (SIDA).
