We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Cannabis Sales Associate to join our team at Redden's Junction Cannabis. As a key member of our retail team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, promoting our products, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service, answering questions and making recommendations to customers about our products.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain a strong knowledge of our products, including their features, benefits, and uses.
  • Store Operations: Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including the display and stocking of products.
  • Sales and Promotions: Participate in sales and promotional activities, including advertising and promoting products, sales, or services.
  • Teamwork: Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive and productive work environment.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Work Setting: This role is based in a rural area.
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a similar role is preferred.
  • Availability: Availability to work 40 hours per week is required.
