Key Responsibilities:

  • Review the production schedule ahead of time to confirm the availability of equipment and personnel
  • Conduct pre-operational inspections
  • Set up the production line, fine-tune machinery, organize workstations, and ensure the supply of materials
  • Forecast ingredient requirements and verify that sub-assemblies are suitable
  • Guide the team to achieve productivity and quality objectives
  • Modify production speed to align with targets and product specifications
  • Keep track of production progress and report findings to management
  • Maintain accurate production documentation
  • Evaluate performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
  • Suggest improvements to recipes and processes to management
  • Ensure adherence to quality control standards on the production line
  • Continuously check product compliance
  • Notify management of any non-compliant products and coordinate corrective actions
  • Implement hygiene and safety protocols
  • Ensure a clean and secure working environment
  • Report any health and safety risks
  • Adhere to HACCP and FSSC22000 regulations

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma with a minimum of 2 years in a supervisory role
  • 2-4 years of experience in production (preferred)
  • Dependable and well-organized
  • Collaborative team member

Working Conditions and Benefits:

  • Competitive starting wage of $24.60 per hour (evening shift bonus available)
  • Shifts from 7am-3:30pm or 3:30pm-12am (Monday to Friday)
  • Comprehensive group insurance plan with employer contribution

  • Two complimentary frozen meals per day
