About the Role

Foss National Leasing Ltd. is seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Vehicle Rental Agent to join our team in British Columbia.

This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic and growing company that provides innovative solutions for fleet management and vehicle rentals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pre-Rental Preparation: Ensure all rentals are prepared for the day, including parking, cleaning, fueling, and clearing of snow and debris.
  • Customer Service: Assist customers with key access, booking systems, and vehicle inspections to ensure a smooth delivery and return process.
  • Vendor Collaboration: Work closely with vendors to manage recalls and regular service requirements.
  • Representative Role: Represent the company positively and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Customer Service: Proven customer service experience.
  • Technical Skills: Technologically advanced with ability to learn new systems.
  • Independence: Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Driver's License: Clean driver's abstract.
  • Experience: 1 year of customer service experience.
  • Flexibility: Ability to work flexible hours.

  • Vehicle Knowledge: Knowledge of vehicles or willingness to learn.
  • Adaptability: Flexible working environment.
