Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Technician to join our team at AMOS MAZDA. As a key member of our service department, you will be responsible for inspecting and testing mechanical units, adjusting and repairing parts and components, and performing scheduled maintenance services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Inspect and Test Mechanical Units: Use advanced diagnostic tools to identify faults and malfunctions in automotive systems.
  • Adjust and Repair Parts and Components: Replace or repair faulty parts and components to ensure optimal vehicle performance.
  • Perform Scheduled Maintenance Services: Conduct routine maintenance tasks to prevent mechanical issues and ensure vehicles are running smoothly.
  • Complete Reports and Record Work Performed: Accurately document problems and work completed to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Provide Excellent Customer Service: Interact with customers in a professional and courteous manner, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
Requirements
  • Education and Certifications: Possess a Registered Apprenticeship certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in French is required.
  • Work Environment: Work in a fast-paced service department environment, standing for extended periods and using manual dexterity to perform tasks.
  • Personal Qualities: Demonstrate accuracy, reliability, and a team player attitude.
