About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced NDT Branch Lead to join our team at J.D. Irving. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for leading our Non-Destructive Testing (NDT) team and providing technical expertise to support our operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage the NDT team to ensure high-quality services are delivered to our clients.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure compliance with industry standards.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties effectively.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of NDT services with other business functions.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in a leadership role, preferably in the NDT industry.
  • Strong technical knowledge of NDT principles and practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
