Position Overview

CCW Inc. is seeking a skilled Cabinetmaker to join our team. This role is essential in the production of high-quality wooden products, ensuring precision and craftsmanship in every piece.

Qualifications
  • Education: Completion of secondary education or equivalent experience in woodworking
  • Experience: Minimum of 1 year and up to 2 years in a related field
Key Responsibilities
  • Utilize woodworking machinery, including power saws, jointers, mortisers, and shapers, to accurately cut and shape wood components
  • Interpret plans, specifications, or drawings to understand the requirements for the items to be produced
  • Assemble parts and subassemblies, ensuring proper fitting and reinforcement of joints
  • Finish wooden surfaces by sanding and applying veneer, stain, or polish; prepare and apply laminated materials as needed
  • Estimate material costs and requirements for projects
  • Repair or modify wooden furniture and fixtures as necessary
